Cashier (Former Employee)

4.11.2022, Job Location: Houston, TX
Working here has a pain. While I enjoy working with my coworkers, not having a enough people to work each shift is a constant issue. They expect us to take passport photos, work the front cash registers, unlock the bathrooms, complete curbsides in under 10 minutes all while having two people work each shift. Lunches and breaks are dependent on whether we can complete are daily duties with the allocated time they've given us with faulty technology.

In both pharmacy and on the floor, customers complain due to long wait times and a lack of people doing services. Employers blame it on a lack of "productivity". Yet, nothing is being done about it.

During the morning we can barely complete our work because we can't put up hundreds of tags with only one customer service associate.

Furthermore, our store has constant issues with the safety and security of both customers and staff. We've had issues with robberies, where the solution was to hire a security guard for a week. And what happened the week after they left? Another robbery where both staff and customers were threatened and assaulted.

In short, add more to payroll and hire more people. Thank you.

Assistant Manager (Former Employee)

3.11.2022, Job Location: New Jersey
What is the best part of working at the company?
The medical benefits, there weren't many other positives.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Almost everything was built to be extremely stressful, the environment, the structure, the interactions with corporate, the system that is used, the lack of communication, the lack of consistency in scheduling and structure, it's all just a complete mess and built for the perfect stressful environment.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There's often too much work, not enough help and the culture is extremely toxic at its core.
